Refund Policy

We want you to love using Supertape and never feel taken advantage of. If you're ever unhappy with our service, contact us and we'll take care of you.

Full refunds

Here are some examples of when we’d give a full refund:

  • If you were just charged for your next month of service but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge.

  • If you forgot to cancel your site a couple months ago and you haven’t used it since then, we’ll give you a full refund for that time.

  • If you tried Supertape out for a couple months and you just weren’t happy with it, you can have your money back.

Partial refunds

There may also be times that don’t technically qualify for a full refund, but we feel a partial refund makes sense. These would all be case-by-case, so again, just email us at hey@supertape.com, tell us what’s going on, and we’ll find a fair outcome.
