Syncing a video
Supertape syncs your videos from your connected platforms into your inventory daily, making sure everything you release is automatically added to your site.
Pro tip! Double-check that your ISRC codes are set correctly on all platforms to ensure accurate syncing. Remember video ISRCs are different from song ISRCs, even for music videos.
Posting a video
Posts allow you to feature your video on your home page.
- Visit Inventory > Videos and select the video you’d like to post.
- Select the three dots in the top right and Post.
- Add a short message, optionally change the image, and hit Save.
Editing a video
- Visit Inventory > Videos and select the video you’d like to edit.
- Select the three dots in the top right and Edit.
- Make your changes and hit Save.
Hiding a video
- Visit Inventory > Videos and select the video you’d like to hide.
- Select the three dots in the top right, Hide, and confirm.
Unhiding a video
- Visit Inventory > Videos and select Hidden from the dropdown menu in the top right.
- Select the video that you’d like to unhide.
- Select the three dots in the top right, Unhide, and confirm.
