Understanding platforms
By connecting a platform to Supertape, we’re able to use the unique features it offers to improve your website. Here are a few of them, depending on the platform:
- Inventory syncing - Used to sync your music, merch, videos, and tour.
- Profile promotion - Used to add a post or footer link to your platform profiles.
- Newsletter subscriptions - Used to add a newsletter form to your website.
Connecting a platform
- Visit Settings > Platforms and select the + button.
- Select the type of platform you’d like to add.
- Depending on the platform, either provide your URL and hit Save, or follow the given instructions.
Posting a platform
- Visit Settings > Platforms and select the platform you’d like to post.
- Select the three dots in the top right and then Post.
- Give your post an image and message, then Save.
Editing a platform
- Visit Settings > Platforms and select the platform you’d like to edit.
- Select the three dots in the top right and then Edit.
- Make your changes, then Save.
Deleting a platform
- Visit Settings > Platforms and select the platform you’d like to delete.
- Select the three dots in the top right, Delete, and confirm.
