Once you've linked a music platform, Supertape will sync your albums and songs from that platform into your inventory, matching them with existing items if possible, and adding new items as needed. From there, we'll do a nightly sync of your linked platforms to grab any new music you've released, and delete any music you've removed.
Keep in mind that once an album or song is imported, we won't continue to sync and update it from the platform, since you may have customized it on Supertape. For example, if you change the artwork of an album on Spotify that's already in your Supertape inventory, we won't automatically sync that change, so you'll want to manually apply those changes. The one exception to this is pre-released albums, which will always be synced on their release date.
Pro tip! The best way to ensure your music is synced properly across all your platforms is to use the correct UPC code for all of your albums and ISRC code for all of your songs. So be sure to double-check those on all platforms, likely through an aggregator like DistroKid or CDBaby.

Good to know! Songs are actually independent from albums on Supertape, so editing it for one album will update it for any other albums that song / ISRC appears on. Also, you can assign videos to a song in your Videos inventory.
